Floor Sawing

Floor Saw

Floor saws are used extensively on roads and motorways to cut asphalt and concrete cleanly and quickly to enable efficient repairs and alterations to be carried out to these surfaces.

Wall Sawing

Wall Saw

Wall saws are used to cut door and windows openings through reinforced concrete, brick or granite walls without the need to stitch drill.

The saw is secured to a track to enable it to move backwards and forwards when in use. The cutting is carried out by making a series of passes along the length of the cut using a larger diameter blade on each pass until the job is complete.

Wire Sawing

The wire is positioned over the pulleys and fed through pre-drilled holes in the concrete that is being cut and back over the drive pulley. The wire can be of almost any length and is joined by special crimps.

Sawing is carried out by turning on the power and maintaining a constant speed, whilst applying pressure on the wire by gently applying a steady backward movement along the track.

Our machine, the UKDima wiresaw, is fully 3 phase giving the operator total control over the material being cut.

Chain Sawing

Chain saw

The diamond chain saw is a development of the wood chain saw that uses a chain fitted with diamond segments. This is very useful for cutting window and doorway openings in brick and block because straight lines can be cut with right angle corners.

Ring Sawing

Ring Saw

The ring saw is a power cutter with truly unique characteristics and performance. Because its blade is driven from its periphery, not its centre, it can cut 10 inches deep (260 mm) with just a 14 inch blade! Its unique weight to power ratio and hydraulic power source makes it a hand-held cutter which is exceptionally efficient and easy to use
